Our Mission: SEIU AFRAM is dedicated to empowering Black workers, advocating for racial and economic justice, and fostering leadership within the labor movement. We work to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and equitable opportunities for Black workers across industries. Through collective action, we strive to create lasting change in our workplaces and communities.

Our History Founded on the principles of unity and advocacy, SEIU AFRAM has been a driving force in advancing the rights of Black workers for decades. Our roots trace back to the labor movement’s fight for racial and economic equality, and we continue that legacy today. From organizing grassroots efforts to influencing national policy, we remain committed to justice and empowerment.
