WHY THIS CONFERENCE MATTERS
The National Leadership Development Conference is the cornerstone gathering for SEIU AFRAM members, organizers, and worker advocates of African descent. Over five transformative days, delegates will engage in intensive leadership development, strategic advocacy planning, and community empowerment sessions designed to build lasting power in our workplaces and neighborhoods.
As registration opens early this September 2026, we urge local leaders, caucus chapters, and members to register today, coordinate attendance, and secure lodging in advance for our landmark 30-year milestone.
